 Rocket 98 Terraplane Coupe

All of Blackie's fans have been waiting for this announcement for decades.
Blackie has indeed completed reconstruction of his most famous ride.
His ORIGINAL Hudson Hornet "Twin H" 308 Flathead race engine,
is in the car, and race ready!

This engine needs an MSDS sheet - DO NOT stand within 20 feet of those exhaust tubes - the 308 goes from 1500 rpm to 5500 rpm so quickly that it doesn't bother touching any of the numbers in between - it just goes directly from one to the other !
Although Blackie's car is historically priceless, we have a feeling that she may be tagging along with "Wicked Good" quite a bit during our racing season, and you may just get lucky enough to see her do some hot laps once again.
ps: our spies tell us that Blackie has cautioned Travis NOT to put his foot down, or the car WILL come right out from under him.

The old Hudson 308 race engine LIVES !  The Hudson fired up at the first flop ,
and never skipped a beat thereafter, despite almost 40 years of sitting dormant.
No smoke, but plenty of fire coming out of those pipes
