History: The Coupe was rescued from the woods in the Conway N.H. area and was in pretty rough shape. It had traces of green and blue paint in just a couple small places, and a faint #22 on it's battered doors. The roof was caved in, it leaned way over, nearly collapsed, and was bent in half. But any vintage race car that is still recognizable is worth saving. Now it went from junk to a project.

The old # 22 1933 Chevy came out of the woods about 8 years ago. Some progress was made, then it was parked again for several years. In the late summer of 2005, it went back into work. By Sept 2005, Ed's '33 Chevy looks almost ready to come out and play !!!
May 18th 2006 Loudon NH The Chevy was done and on the track at the Loudon Vintage Open Wheel Celebration

This very polite young fan was asking questions about the racecar at Unity Raceway in April. When told he could hop on in and try it on for size, his smile was too big to measure. By the time the helmet went on, there was no doubt that he was enjoying himself. Better keep your eyes open out there on the track folks, because you are likely to see this young man coming up along beside you someday in the future.
