Jim has been within 100 feet of his old Exeter race car countless times, and didn't realized that the old stock car that was hiding out back of a friend's shop, was his very own !! Showing a few well earned wrinkles, the Ford is pretty much complete (less the flathead), and very restorable.
Another flathead Ford V-8 would sure look good nestled in this cradle.
Jim will soon be race prepping his old car, that is, as soon as he extricates the 8 inch tree still wrapped around the rear end housing!
Missing only spindles, backing plates, engine & some cage upgrades;
this car is a worthy car for restoration, and could be our first "bobtailed" Ford !
